If upon receiving the merchandise you notice that the packaging arrives beaten and may have suffered some damage, you must indicate this on the carrier’s delivery note and immediately check that the merchandise is in perfect condition. Return. If you have purchased a product that you do not like or that is not your size, you can request an exchange for another product or a refund of the money for the product. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or outside the peninsula have additional charges, ask before making the return.
